LSF’s Circuit 20 Emergency Shelter, Bridge and Beyond, is a safe haven and welcome center for children who have had to be removed from their homes due to concerns of abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment.

Our child-friendly and trauma-informed program serves as a lifeline for children without immediate placements 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.

Our staff are trained in Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) and provide short-term residential care and supportive services for children in a safe, nurturing environment until such time that a more appropriate and least restrictive placement option is available to meet their needs.

A Bright Future

Housing one of the most important and impactful programs in the state of Florida, this facility plays an important part of restoring the lives of the youth who enter it. Our goal is to create a comfortable, safe and welcoming space for children who have experienced life-altering trauma at such a young age. The environment in which an adolescent’s counseling, group therapy, and personal development plays an significant role in their healing journey.

LSF’s program has long been revered as a bellwether for teen recovery, however after 70 years, the building is in need of critical repair and renovation from landscaping to lamps. We need your help to make this facility as exemplary as the program and people it houses. The Building Hope Campaign is designed to create change today, while serving as the foundation for a brighter future.
